I did NOT have a good experience at Cataract & Laser. I had to wait 1 hour in the lobby for my appointment. This happened on 4 different visits. Dr. Jarstad wasn’t friendly and didn’t take the time to answer my questions. Her response was, “Ask the tech” who was sitting at the computer taking notes. I have Cataracts and Dr. Jarstad operated on one of my eyes. After surgery the top of my nose was covered in blood and there was a big bruise on my arm.
