I did NOT have a good experience at Cataract & Laser. I had to wait 1 hour in the lobby for my appointment. This happened on 4 different visits. Dr. Jarstad wasn’t friendly and didn’t take the time to answer my questions. Her response was, “Ask the tech” who was sitting at the computer taking notes. I have Cataracts and Dr. Jarstad operated on one of my eyes. After surgery the top of my nose was covered in blood and there was a big bruise on my arm. This was the worst visit I've had at this practice. My appt was 0900 and I left at 11:15. It did not include eye dilation. The waiting time between segments of exams was unreasonable, the waiting are was so crowded and when I finally saw the doctor, he gave me 2 minutes of his time to review what the technicians had recorded.

The Staff was so friendly and the office was so clean and up to date equipment. Dr Spaulding seemed so knowledgeable. He took the time to explain things to me
