I loved the care from the doctors but the time in the waiting room is way too long. They are impossible to get ahold of on the phone. I needed a copy of my eye prescription and I started calling at 11:30 to 4:30(closing time) I left at least ten messages at different extensions but never got to talk to them? I live in Greenwood and I got a call from Kokomo which was them but I tried to answer and it disconnected. If you need anything make sure you call a week ahead of time. Or go into their location! 17 minutes late due to road closures. Office lady states only give 15minutes then considered no show.. "which we already did cause we are short staffed today", SMH... first appt of day and 2minutes...
