Catara Med Spa has such a calm, welcoming atmosphere — relaxing, beautiful, and never clinical. You instantly feel at ease. Jeanne has taken care of my skin for many years, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else. She’s gentle, attentive, and always leaves me feeling rested and relaxed. Her knowledge of skincare is incredible, and she truly understands what my skin need - and that includes dermaplaning my hairy face 😆. I always leave glowing and refreshed. Highly recommend Jeanne and Catara Med Spa!
Walking into Catara makes you feel so relaxed and comfortable - the ambiance, decor and customer service is beyond pleasant! Jeanne was so sweet, communicative, knowledgeable and helpful. She did such an amazing job on my facial - and even helped me better enhance my services to help with my super dry skin. Bedside manner and conversation was great as well! Karlene was amazing! Her calm and professional manner instantly put me at ease. She was very thorough and gentle during the facial....on top of being nice and sooo informative about skincare! I will recommend Karlene and Catara to all my friends! Can't wait to schedule another appointment :)
I’ve waited to have a couple of services before leaving this review. I love this Medspa. I recommend them to everyone in Algonquin. I started with a Hydrofacial which was absolutely amazing. Then I had a couple of micro-needling sessions that I am already starting to see improvement from in my skin. I give Cathy and Genie a 10/10. They always make me feel welcome when I walk through their doors.
I have had many services at Catara. One of the things I love the most is how just walking in the door you can feel the stress leaving you. Everyone who works there is so nice, warm and welcoming. I had laser and a facial!! It was such a good experience. I can’t recommend Catara enough. Thank you Jeanne for a great service!
