The staff is very professional and welcoming, the spa is immaculate and the service provided was superb! Loren is my esthetician and she explains every step of the process during the treatment, as well as let’s me know what to expect for my skin in the days to follow. I look forward to returning again soon and highly recommend Catara Medspa to anybody looking for a high quality service at a great value and an all around enjoyable experience!
Moved back to Chicago from Las Vegas in December & I was in search for a Medspa in the city. With the help of Socialite Media they put me in touch with CaTara Medspa. First off, loved the location! The most wonderful experience. I had a fabulous hydro facial by Hannah, it was the most relaxing and revitalizing experience. I then had laser hair removal once by Hannah and once by Lauren. Both knew their stuff and made it the most easy and painless experience. Top notch technology and staff. Cannot wait to come back!!

I had never done a facial before and this place exceeded all of my expectations. Hannah is wonderful and truly has a gift for making her customers feel beautiful while providing honest feedback and customized recommendations. When I signed up for a chemical peel on ClassPass, I had no intention of being a monthly facial girl -- but I am sold. Thank you CaTara Spa. Can't wait to see you in June!
