BUYER BE WARE! I ordered a steel building and submitted a deposit and I was Promised delivery 3rd week of March. They came back and told me they could not deliver., I canceled the order and at the time was promised a full refund. Now, 3 weeks later my deposit has NOT been returned. They will not return my calls.
Ordered my building January 4, 2021 and paid my deposit. I ordered it from Nick and the company states that they have metal suppliers around the country. What I didn't realize is all they do is process the order and hand it over to other companies. In my case, it was Coast to Coast Carports based in Arkansas adn if I had read the reviews there was no way I would have done that and boy did I pay. BUYER BEWARE! This company will say anything to get the sale and your deposit. Back in March of this year, (2021) I contacted Catapult inquiring about a metal cover for an RV. Pricing, lead time etc. Pricing was competitive, lead times were way out, in fact at the time they were very hesitant to even quote lead times due to “material and labor shortages” because of Covid. i want to close my carport in, and have some repair work from carport they installed, in fall of 2020, its been 11 weeks and still no repairs done or close in carport, now they say it will be around anther 4 weeks, very bad service after the sale!!
When we first contacted Catapult Steel, we spoke with Nick, who helped us design and schedule a garage installation. As we continued to work out the scheduling, we worked with Manny, in customer Service. Due to winter weather, we thought the installation might be delayed due to poor travel conditions in snow and ice, but somehow, Manny managed to get our little garage project scheduled, and the highly skilled crew that did the work was simply incredible.
