My friend's car was towed by Catapano on June 17 2026. After she got the car back and drove a little she noticed there was some unheard noise from underneath the car. We asked them to check which was refused. After checking the car at a garage, it was found the bar for towing was broken. This is not a professional place.

Stuck 8n New Haven with a blown brake line hours before the storm and no one wanted to help or tell my vehicle. Joe and Benny went out of their way to help me when I was in a pickle. Benny The owner even invited me to stop by sometime when I'm done with one of my veterans administration appointments down the road. I live in Torrington and I got the local treatment as they say. If you're in a jam with your car and you need a tow consider them before some of the other folks.
