We booked a solar consult for this afternoon for our entire farm and camp. It was two separate jobs and an hour and a half after the consult should have begun I got a message saying they were not coming and that trying to find our house was a waste of their time. The employee that was supposed to be coming here was rude and unprofessional on the phone. I highly recommend Catamount solar for any type of solar installation or upgrade. Chris and his team at Catamount upgraded our 15 year old off-grid solar electrical system with a new inverter and lithium battery replacing our old inverter and bank of 16 lead acid batteries. They completed the work in one day. Their follow-up support to answer any questions that we had was outstanding. Such a pleasant experience working with Catamount.
Knowledgeable and professional team that reviewed our options and made common-sense recommendations. Very easy to work with.
The staff was easy to work with and any issue with Tesla (we were the first to get the Powerwall3) they handled. The only issue is that their estimate for solar production for the winter months was way off. We are still happy we did it and especially since we have had more small outages this winter than before and we always had enough power from the batteries.
