Dr Ross Ellis has helped me greatly over the last few years. I've had minor issues but I recently came in for a back strain. He helped me greatly with active release therapy along with some helpful stretches. I highly recommend him!

I can't say enough about Dr. Ellis and what he has been able to do for my health and wellbeing. After dealing with a painful back injury for over 6 weeks, Dr Ellis brought me to a point of no pain in just 2 visits. His approach to Chiro and treatment are far different than anyone I've ever been to. I only wish I would have seen him sooner. I highly recommend Catalyst to anyone.

I am so glad Dr Ellis was recommended after visiting another chiropractor that said I needed a long term treatment plan. Dr. Ellis took the time to explain what was going on and that his goal was to help me do the work to avoid future issues. Patrick is patient and very knowledgeable in explaining the benefits of all stretches..Top notch Dr and team!
