I’ve lived at Bass place apartments for multiple years. Although the street looks slightly abandoned, these are apartments have been well kept. They are gated and have remained secured with security as well as a security code to enter the property. I’ve had a few issues upon moving in but ever since Keirsten took the office over, request have improved with response time 100%. She and the maintenance staff Mr. Kamal are very friendly. No pest problems here!

I want to recognize Keirsten and the maintenance team for their outstanding service. Keirsten truly cares about her residents and consistently goes above and beyond to make sure concerns are addressed. DO NOT RENT FROM CATALYST!!!! They deserve 0 stars. We recently had a property management change and now are stuck dealing with this horrible company. Michelle Deems is rude and unprofessional and will ignore your phone calls and emails. They don’t seem to care about repairs or any issues. We’ve had a roof leak for over a month and other problems that they have not taken care of. I have called and emailed multiple times and can never get any updates. Worst property management company ever.
