DO NOT RENT FROM CATALYST!!!! They deserve 0 stars. We recently had a property management change and now are stuck dealing with this horrible company. Michelle Deems is rude and unprofessional and will ignore your phone calls and emails. They don’t seem to care about repairs or any issues. We’ve had a roof leak for over a month and other problems that they have not taken care of. I have called and emailed multiple times and can never get any updates. Worst property management company ever.
