Girl at the desk was amazing, patient, and extremely helpful! And the gentlemen who pierced me was a very comforting, informative, sanitary, awesome guy too! I couldn't have wished for a better place to get my first piercing. Other negative reviews where not accurate to my experience and I will most definitely go back for another
The place was very clean, the staff were incredibly friendly and informative when I asked questions. My piercer clearly knew what he was doing and was very professional. I couldn’t be happier with my piercing. Overall, such a positive experience — highly recommend!
Would put less but I could not. I had a friend who got a piercing here and the piercer, who is assumed to be the owner, made an inappropriate comment when piercing her. She made a slight “hmm” sound when he put the needle through and he said “oh don’t go moaning on me”. There have also been rumors that he made inappropriate jokes with his staff. When I went to the store myself, before this incident, there was a very standoffish vibe about the employees except for one young woman. A grown man acting like that is unacceptable.
Amazing piercer(can’t remember her name) very soothing voice. She was very knowledgeable and kind. She pierced my daughter nose. We had to come back because it got irritated and with NO problem told us to come back and fixed the problem.
They were so helpful and professional! Shop was neat and clean. I was very pleased with the service I received.
