Went to get checked out a little over 3 weeks ago. Still waiting on my images. I called multiple times, left messages and even went up there. When I got there they told me the images were to grainy, I might not want them. But I insisted that I really wanted them. They said they would send the images to my email they have on file. That was over a week ago. No response at all. I'm really starting to question do they even have the images at all. Waste of my money. Did not receive good service. Was giving the run around. I have really been helped by the team at Catalyst PT. I worked with Dr Jenn and Dr Andrea. They were both very professional, and very good listeners. They tailored my treatment to really help me where I was hurting. They were always positive and encouraging. The office staff was friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend Catalyst for your rehabilitation.
I had an excellent experience with PT Shane at Catalyst. He was very knowledgeable about my issue and truly cared about my progress. He helped me to get back to my daily life. I am very thankful and would highly recommend him and Catalyst in Clearwater.
Andrew is just a great doctor he s good to find out what s the main problem and work on it… also good tunes to listen to inside the studio to relax during the teraphy! thank once again!!!
Dr. Andrew is a very skilled physical therapist. His expertise, listening skills and overall knowledge of body mechanics makes him a great Dr. I highly recommend Catalyst as they have a policy to stay with each patient throughout the entire visit and unlike other places they watch you & offer suggestions when needed. I was assured I was doing the exercise correctly- so important! They also have the most updated equipment ( the Neubie) to assist with healing and recovery.
