If anyone is injured physically or psychologically I highly recommend Catalyst Kinetietics group services in New West and also Coquitlam. Completed my 12 weeks program with Naomi Gililgan, and very impressed with the level of this program. I lost weight, eat healthy, know what to do in gym, and got a lot of information about nutrition. Hight recommend Naomi!
Catalyst kinetics group for both massage and Chiropractor have been amazing and do great work. They are very polite shout out to Dr.Jakeman my Chiropractor who has always treated me well and done a very good job with resetting my bones
