I have been going to the Plano location since a child. Dr Keith Eppich actually found my dad’s cancer years ago. I’ve been seeing Rebekah Ellis for a while now and LOVE her. She is thorough, kind, and caring. She makes me feel comfortable, seen, and respected. I highly recommend!
After more than 10 years as a patient with this office, I have decided that I will no longer continue my care here. This is drive through medical care like McDonalds. Already spoke to Dr Sanders Gothard about this. Move on and find a medical professional that adheres to a Doctor Medical oath. Considering contacting my attorney about being harassed by Dr Sanders Gothard for his shameful actions at last appointment as he decided he would take over the appointment I had scheduled Shelley Loomstein's 4/8/26 at 2:30. They are a lot of help with my health matters
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I've gotten the run around from this medical group across multiple departments. I got nowhere fast. I had my annual physical and a medication was prescribed. The Rx was sent right away to my pharmacy. I needed a prior authorization - which I knew. I was quoted 4-6 WEEKS for it to get processed. WEEKS, not days. No one could explain why.
