This bunch bought out Village Health Partners AND they are HORRIBLE!!! They are NOT about healthcare but $$$ at all costs. Impersonal, poor communication- STAY away!!!
WORST OFFICE STAFF EVER - NO ONE RESPONDS, YOU WILL BE IGNORED WHEN YOU ARE SUFFERING, DON'T COME HERE. If your blood pressure medication needs changing because they had you on too high of a dose and you need a new medication, don't worry, you WILL NOT BE RESPONDED TO AND YOU WILL CONTINUE TO SUFFER UNTIL YOU ARE FORCED TO FIND BETTER CARE. If you want to be ignored and die early, make sure Catalyst Health Group is your doctor's office. These people are beyond awful.
Stay away from this place, especially Barsha Sharma. First thing she put in my assessment: "patient is very agitated , constantly talking loud and is very rude." Accusation as projection ... Is this a "professional" who cares about your health? When I asked for care, she was appalled that I be so bold to not accept her 2 minute look-over and go "straight to the prescription". I specifically wanted to leave a review for Maryann. I needed direction in making an appointment for lower back pain. She was very attentive and listened carefully to what I needed. Not only did she swiftly get the appointment booked but also checked to see if I can get in earlier. Some would say “well that’s their job” but now a days it’s more than that. Update*** Why no response "We are sorry to hear about your experience please contact us ???" This place is a joke can't get anyone to call me back!!! Where do I start!!! You go in for a physical (Frisco) which is free through insurance, still try and make us pay a co-pay. I didn't;then you go into a room they don't weigh you/or measure your height. Asked a couple questions gave me a slip for labs. Move on to next day, they call and say we need to discuss your labs. Will call you at 2:30, well they called at 1:40 pm cause the... read more
