Good place to work and a beautiful building.
My complaint isn't with the doctors but with Catalyst. Ever since you took over Family Healthcare Associates things changed drastically. The doctor I'd had for 20+ years left. My doctor then referred me to another doctor within the Family Healthcare group but at a different location. Saw this doctor for the 1st time last Fall, have another coming up the end of April. Get an email that this doctor is leaving the new location I've been going to. Also found out it's not just my doctor but several within that group being booted ... read more

My doctor is simply great, I only have praise for Dr. Kibel. But your website is absolutely ridiculously poorly made! Scheduling appointments is hellish, and the phone is useless since NO ONE ever answers. Absolutely terrible service ever since it became Catalyst Group! Technology is supposed to improve things, not make them worse—if you can’t manage to create a decent portal, then hire staff to answer the phone! FIVE STARS FOR DR KIBEL!
