Trying to get a med refilled. Catalyst patient service is less than useless in trying to get it accomplished, even after more than 2.5 hours on the phone. One rep left the insurance company & me on hold for 56 minutes. Another kept repeating an internal policy that wasn’t germane. When I asked him to repeat the issue on which we were working, he admitted he did not listen to what it was. If zero stars was an option, I’d use it.
Another greed driven firm over billing patients, over working Drs. and filling their back offices with inept, under qualified and uncaring staff. I didn't know it was possible to have complete contempt for a 'health care' firm but it is.
LIVING NiGHTMRE! I rarely ever leave reviews but my experience with this physicians group has been HORRIBLE! The billing department is the absolute WORST.. My entire family has left this practice due to the utter lack of communication regarding testing costs and extremely expensive billing surprises. Don’t let this happen to you or your family.
I have been going to the Plano location since a child. Dr Keith Eppich actually found my dad’s cancer years ago. I’ve been seeing Rebekah Ellis for a while now and LOVE her. She is thorough, kind, and caring. She makes me feel comfortable, seen, and respected. I highly recommend!
After more than 10 years as a patient with this office, I have decided that I will no longer continue my care here. Over the years, especially following the mergers and ongoing operational changes, I have experienced repeated issues involving billing errors, delays, communication problems, difficulties with the phone system and patient portal, and concerns during bloodwork appointments, including being stuck multiple times.
