Catalyst Fitness has been an amazing experience for my kids! They are 8 years old and take part in Cat's drop in classes for young kids. Not only are they getting exercise (an entire hour!), but I also see such an increase in confidence in them. I think I have 2 CrossFit kids on my hands ❤️
