I absolutely love this place! If you're tired of the impersonal, intimidating vibe of big box gyms, this is the sanctuary you've been looking for. The small group setting is perfect. The trainers (Nick, Luis, Jonathan, and Anthony) are attentive and make sure everyone is doing the exercises correctly. It's a friendly, family-like atmosphere, not like the big, crowded gyms. I recommend this place to everyone!
When I’m at Catalyst I don’t think about anything besides my workout. I love the flexibility of being able to go when it’s convenient for me since my schedule changes daily with being a caretaker for my 94 year old mother. The trainers are awesome, they know all the clients by name and work with us depending on our conditions. I have multiple sclerosis and deal with a lot of pain issues, they take that into consideration when they do my workout. I love training at Catalyst! The 6 AM weekday sessions with Jonathan are awesome - he keeps the energy high and makes sure everyone’s form is on point. Some days at 6AM I train with Nick, another early riser and with a great music playlist. Both are the perfect combination to start to my day — great energy, solid coaching, and constant motivation. I can’t say enough great things about Catalyst Fitness!!!! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and supported. The trainers here are next-level—knowledgeable, motivating, and truly invested in helping me reach my goals. They take the time to understand my fitness level, personalize every workout, and push me just the right amount to get results without feeling overwhelmed. I definitely recommend Catalyst. 10 stars
