I love training at Catalyst! The 6 AM weekday sessions with Jonathan are awesome - he keeps the energy high and makes sure everyone’s form is on point. Some days at 6AM I train with Nick, another early riser and with a great music playlist. Both are the perfect combination to start to my day — great energy, solid coaching, and constant motivation.
