Bad Business. Been a paying member for years. Haven't gone to or used the facilities in almost 2 years though. Got a new card, at some point and they couldn't auto-collect anymore, so instead of calling and asking they just sent the amount to collections. Pretty petty and low considering i haven't even been at their gym, yet continued paying for all that time. They track when you come and go, so it's not like they can't see that I've been just giving them money without using the gym. Anyone else who reads this, just do yours... read more
This place is worn down. Definitely left behind by the new ones. There's ONE cycling bike people can use that isn't part of the group classes. If your serious about running, cycling or another endurance sport good luck.
In the ten years I was a member of this gym I watched them make scummy policy changes year after year to take more away from the member while also jacking up the price. This gym also laid off senior employees during the pandemic then hired elsewhere after to not have to pay their higher hourly rates. After notifying them of cancelling due to moving out of state, they refused to cancel my membership for two months and then went on to send those two months to a debt collector. Love this gym! Used to be an LA fitness member, but they converted me. 1st month free if you cancel another gym and join here. Spin, yoga, FIT LAB, and body pump classes are awesome! Come after 5 and the place is PACKEDDDDD. Sauna, clean bathrooms, recovery room, and personal trainer room are dope too. Next week I’m going to the puppy yoga class !! 😄 so many fun events to keep members interested! Only down side, parking lot needs a MAJOR face lift!!! No angled parking and repaint the lines, PLEASSSEEE
