Our experience with Catalyst Event Rentals was unfortunately disappointing. As an event professional, I was surprised by several last-minute charges, including a same-day pickup fee for our Friday wedding—which is not typically standard and should have been disclosed up front, seeing as though we were a Friday wedding from the outset.
