Cautionary Tale - went through weeks of intake on their app. Because I work full time or I said something wrong with Betty at the intake phone call? (She also said at the call.. no problem! We can take you on Wednesdays! 🤓) They made me jump through hoops (and I have Costco insurance) They told me they would not see me. (I asked why… and they gave a generic response) Just know this place can reject you. If you need mental health help proceed with caution. It may not be here.
Katherine and Jennifer lead a great team of clinicians at Catalyst! They provide wonderful supervision and mentorship, and their providers are exceptionally trained! Their administrative team is solid and very responsive. You'll feel very well taken care of here.
It has been truly wonderful collaborating with Kathryn. Watching this practice serve the community with such dedication and compassion has been a pleasure. Their expertise and genuine care for clients are evident in every aspect of their work. I highly recommend them!
