Truly exceptional! Our kitchen was completely remodeled thanks to this company! The materials are great and they worked with us to get just what we wanted in our kitchen. The catalyst was so professional, kind, very patient on everything planning, designing, budgeting to ordering those materials. Overall experience was really nice and good. I'd absolutely recommend them for your home project.
Catalyst Construction and the former owner Eric Udelhoven have gone bankrupt as of February 15, 2019. They filed chapter 7 after feverishly working to convince homeowners like us to sign for hundreds of thousands of additional work they could never complete. Eric pushed homeowners into signing contracts simply to bring in new money. We’re now out over six figures and creditors are clamoring to recoup any monies from Eric. His actions have distroyed owner’s dreams and he’s not had the gall to contact impacted persons.
Really Disappointed & Angry with Our Experience with Catalyst. We are a Family Business that has been in Chicago near Midway airport area for 20 years. We hired Eric Udelhoven & his Co. in the Summer of 2018 to do a complete Remodel of our Business. We hired Catalyst Construction to remodel our home. They took our money, gutted our property, and then left it gutted, did not finish the project and would not return our money. They have taken over $100,000 of our money for work they did not complete. They left our property in worse condition then before they began. They have created a major financial hardship for our family.
