I’ve been with Catalyst just under a year and it has been such an incredible experience. The atmosphere is positive and supportive, and it is so apparent how much everyone cares about the clients and their families. It’s amazing to see the growth and progress that happens here every day. I feel so lucky to work alongside such kind and dedicated people, and I would recommend this clinic to anyone looking for ABA services.
The staff at Catalyst truly care about the clients and it shows through their work. As the parent of a child with autism, it’s wonderful to see all the hard work that the technicians put in on a daily basis to make sure the clients are given the greatest chance of success. As a recent addition to the Catalyst team, I feel supported and seen by the clinic leadership.

Working at Catalyst over the year has been one of the best and easiest decisions I have made. I am currently a student in a graduate program to become a BCBA and the clinical team has been very supportive, informative and flexible with me to ensure that I receive the best quality training to continue my career in ABA and provide the highest quality care to current and future clients. The clinical team is knowledgeable, kind and always puts client care at the top of their priority lists!
