catalys bought case n drum. case n drum was great to deal with, once they switched to catalys it went down hill immediately. rarely get a person on the phone, always on hold. many orders have not been delivered or messed up. one order was 3 months overdue and they kept making excuses, called the manufacturer for the product who then called catalys and had it within days. horrible customer service
