Couldn’t be more pleased with an optical shop than I was with this place. Jessie(?) is a true professional that takes great pride in her work. Went in for some repairs and got prompt, friendly and effective service for a super fair price. I will surely be back.
Jessy was amazing after 3 years of looking for a eye doctor to call my own I finally found it the spot i feel comfortable all business was done upfront no hidden costs truly appreciate this place after going to places where I just felt sold on merch vs what I needed I truly recommend this place will be bringing my family here for now on as well
Three weeks ago I ordered new frames for reading glasses from Catalpa Optical. When I received them I did not notice that the frame was very widened and deformed. When I returned 5 minutes later the salesperson was very unpleasant and said that she could only narrow them a little. When I bought the frames I also bought a one year guarantee. My mistake. The nicest sweetest most patient and loveliest people work here. I needed my sunglasses’ arms straightened and tightened, and they did it to my specifications at no charge. Support local businesses! Especially when they are run by amazing people.
