What to say about Catalpa Gardens... First location is great for downtown commuters and those needing the red line. The maintenance guy is very nice and helpful. The elevators frequently fail requiring you to go meet people in lobby rather then call them up, which is the design of the call box. The roof of the building has been replaced multiple times because of leak issues. The garage doors often are being worked on because people run into them rather than wait for the doors to open. Property needs several updates. Terrible management by Shonda Lovejoy as well in terms of friendliness and very unprofessional. HOH's costing over $550 with absolutely no benefits besides a small, outdated gym. No roof-deck items, no pool, doorman. People are nice, however.
