Professional staff and friendly too!
Because I get nervous at the dentist and I was having a crown replaced. I brought my headphones and an audio story with me. The dentist and assistant had no problems supporting me to stay in my own world. I also needed additional Novacaine and they were very accommodating and didn’t make me feel I was asking for too much. Summary – I went in scared and came out happy!
I went to the Sylva office for my first cleaning in a couple of years yesterday. Rhonda was super friendly and did a wonderful job. It was totally painless, too!
