Our Taylor Morrison home was poorly built where we've needed 85 repair orders and still waiting for our bathroom to be complete. The warranty team reps keep quitting to where tickets get forgotten. Terrible experience and we wish we bought elsewhere.

Location is lovely, prices are OK, sales agent didn't care if you were there or not, availability is low and they will not do anything custom including simple low cost high value changes because they don't need to compete with anyone.
