I bought a swim spa from you your driver broke it you built me another one and when I came to pick it up to take it to my house it was very dirty the original factory plastic seal was broken in it so traveling from Tennessee to Mesa Az I have a dirty pool. We bought our 14ft Catalina spa in the summer of 2018. It was supposed to take 30 days and be delivered. Well- it’s took 90 days and their company that was supposed to ship did not have the capability to ship it- so they left it in the parking lot of their neighboring business. That business found our shipping sticker and called us to let us know our 30k swim spa was sitting in their parking lot - abandoned by the Catalina shipper. Do not use them, they sell Lemon Swim Spas and don’t stand behind their products! Buyer beware!!!
Terrible experience!!! Purchases top of the line Catalina spa. Waited weeks for delivery. Once delivered half of the lights did not work. Opened a repair ticket with LCI per protocol. It is weeks later... still no response or phone calls with estimated date of repair..... A brand new tub.. needs repair. Non returnable on refundable so I guess I'm stuck with a brand new, but not what I paid for spa. In addition, the supplies such as filters and chemicals were not delivered and have no expected date.
