I did a pool deck for this company as subcontractor almost a year ago,never got paid,no response from anyone, we are taking legal actions.Customer was very pleased when we finish the job.
So the service guy cleaned my pool, I believe his name was Jake. Nice guy, he was informative on some small things that I didn’t really think about but I’m glad he brought to attention. The price was decent too. The real issue I have here is when I paid the price I was told by Jonathan was not the price I was billed for. I was told he would talk to the boss to get it sorted out but then he never got back to me. It’s been months.. the communication here needs improvement,
It's been 2 years since we went into business with Curt Cooper and John Cain at Catalina Pools. Two years of construction and delays, with the owner telling us one thing and the manager contradicting him. Don't go into business with these guys. I have a pool, but the electrical never passed inspection, so I can't get the final permit, and they won't return calls. Now I have to bring in another contractor to finish the job. We're furious!
Our pool is literally falling apart. The electrical is a nightmare. Never ending problems and the biggest frustration of owning our home. Do not trust this company or any other company ran by Curt Cooper (in case they change names, again).
