I have lived in this community for almost 4 years. They give MAYBE 24 hours notice for road work and trailers moving in, where if you don’t move they threaten to tow you. They do not enforce the need for a parking sticker for cars, meaning if someone has 6 extra people at their house sleeping over, they will park in front of your house. They feed and take care of stray cats in the neighborhood, which is just encouraging colony breeding ( without doing anything to help control it ). Been to the office several times about my exhaust fan that's been broke and hanging by a thread for about a year or more, they still refuse to come fix it. I've said something about people parking where they shouldn't because they have more than the stated amount of cars without parking passes that "we're suppose to have" causing people to park in front of my place which is causing me to have to park elsewhere. If I could leave a zero star rating I would. The office staff are awful, so unprofessional and rude over the phone, ALWAYS outside smoking so no one answers the phone. This company doesn’t protect the residents here at all. Watched a front office lady and husband threaten to beat up another resident while the resident had a child in their arms looked to be a young child.
