I have lived here for 9 years they have cleaned the community up and have all brand new homes brought in to fill the lots up. They have kept the pool closed the last 6 years and charge $505 for lot rent. All in all it's been nice but not worth the lot rent with the pool being closed.
Move here if you like crappy neighbors that are loud at 2'0clock in the morning, well 24 hours a day.
