Booked a specific place, paid and signed a contract...30 days later we show up on the island and at 10am and get a call from Catalina Island Vacation Rentals that the place we rented is not available due to construction?!?! So they put us in different rental which we are not happy with, as the one we rented had large ocean view bay window and more updated decor, the one we were put in was cluttered with half the view/balcony of one we paid for, but they are insisting it’s an upgrade.
