I was at the ER in extreme pain from the sciatica nerve. I also had a UTI. Dr. Kendrick Belardo said there was bacteria in my urine but did not prescribe me any antibiotics. It progressed into a painful ordeal when I got home. Dr. Belardo ordered a shot of Tordol for the sciatica pain but would not prescribe me anything for when it wore off in a few hours. Today I received a strong anti-inflammatory injection hoping it would decrease my severe sciatica pain because it’s helped before.. It only made it tolerable for about 3 hours. I asked the ER Doctor for some 5 mg Norco, which I know works along with Advil. He refused. Now I’m in screaming pain with no relief. It’s criminal to let someone be in this much pain when they have the power to help alleviate it. That is sadistic. Some day that young doctor will have severe pain and feel bad about this.

I can not say enough good things about the doctors and nurses at this facility. I came here for a family wedding with a sick toddler who was getting sicker. They went above and beyond listening to my concerns, making her comfortable, and making her better! I’ve never had a better experience in 5 years of kid emergencies and doctor appointments.

Our 16 year old son was picking our 4 year old daughter up by her hands and spinning her…she complained her arm hurt after that and refused to move it. We took her here and were immediately seen and brought back to a room by an awesome PA ( I think his name was Carl?) that put her at ease and giggling. DR arrived shortly after and performed the maneuver to correct her “nursemaids elbow”.
