If you're Asian, I would recommend staying away!!!! The coffee was good, but the service was disappointing. An older Mexican lady(Short one) took my order, and her treatment felt inconsistent. It seemed like there were two standards for service; when Caucasian customers ordered, she provided them with numbers and served them promptly. Here’s a revised version of your Disappointing Service Despite Good Coffee The coffee was good, but the service was disappointing. Had a coffee , this place is popular for having bear which comes in small glass .and some food option too are available .
Matcha was too sweet and did not taste like matcha. They also said it is a common complaint. Well, maybe that should give you a clue to change the matcha.
I ordered a mimosa flight that came with 4 different flavors and 3 out of the 4 mimosas were made just with fruit flavored syrup and were not mixed well! I had to ask for a stir stick to mix it myself, when I asked if I could exchange one of the mimosas for another because the syrup wouldn’t mix they said,” we don’t do exchanges”, and just attempted to mix it themselves. Would not recommend! $38 for a beer and mimosa flight, not to mention the employees being rude.
