We have been utilizing Catalina International Caterers for years. Their food and service is second to none. We had our Holiday Banquet yesterday and 80 of our club members selected their signature Roast Beef served from a carving station. Our remaining 30 club member selected the chicken Durango. Everyone was pleased with their choices. Suggest you consider Catalina International Caterers for your next catering event as I think you will be pleased with the quality of their food and service.
