All the employees were awesome. I was only there for 2 weeks and never encountered anyone who did not have your best medical assistance in mind
Just a heads up it's been a year that my husband passed away he was there and I had to be there all the time to take care of him they did not they tell me lying that he was refusing anything if didn't trust them so I stay night and day well I did go home for a little bit I go back and he not there im like wear is he and no one new then finally some one said the ambulance came and got him so I had to go find him he was in ICU for a week before he passed away they was go to send him home because of insurance and ther was no wa... read more
I would not recommend this facility to anyone looking for quality care for their loved one. The building often smells strongly of urine, which is incredibly concerning in a healthcare setting. Rooms are extremely crowded there are three people to a room and there is virtually no space for friends or family to sit comfortably and visit. Communication is a huge problem. Nurse Amber Allred was the best. The ladies at the front desk were also great. Unfortunately the care was horrible. The light would go on for care and it took forever for it to come. The food was disgusting. I wouldn’t feed it to my dog. My son had to go to the bathroom in his bed and he had to seat in it forever. I will not recommend you to my family or friends. The worst thing is that we had to complain to everyone about their job.
They put my guy downstairs and it smells very bad. I would like him to be put in a private room toward the front of the the rehab. Thank you. That tells me you should think about your patience. The downstairs looks terrible down there.
