Phones are never answered, facility is improperly kept, residents are straight up ignored. Avoid this place if you can.
I had my family member there for three agonizing weeks. Cold food or no food at all, nurse call, good luck on that! Better hope your not dyeing, there never showing up, they will walk right on bye. Nurse's station right outside of the door. No security what so ever, I could have grabbed my family member out of there, they wouldn't of said a darn thing to us! Love this place. I love the staff and the great work they do. Great management and great staff. Shelly in social services is a beast!
Amanda Beaver is a wonderful CNA. She's very helpful in adjusting in bed and in other things as in shifting the body to a comfortable position's! She has a wonderful personality!
