4/24/26 - 9 pm My husband was admitted 2 hours ago. No one has spoken to him about the facility, what they can & can't do. They only offered him a peanut butter sandwich & water since he missed dinner. They have yet to put his ID bracelet on. It's laying on a table. He's helpless & can't move without help, like using the restroom. But no one has been around to help. His TV doesn't work. No one has discussed his medications, especially the pain meds. This Catalina Rehab center was great. The atmosphere was relaxing, the staff was kind and helpful!
I can't say enough bad about this place. They Never call you back. The "food."...Breakfsst French toast OR 2 pieces of bacon not both, fish and ice cream for lunch OR PBJ sand, Pizza for dinner for a diabetic! Rehab a joke. She got more at home. Meds at wrong time. When I finally spoke with someone after begging the receptionist to walk down at midnight. I asked why she was there. They made up a diagnosis that she did not ever have and had no symptoms of
All the employees were awesome. I was only there for 2 weeks and never encountered anyone who did not have your best medical assistance in mind
