We finally found our home after 6+ months. It was a very pleasant experience working with Cathy, always kind and with a smile. I would send her a random video that I would see with a house for sale and she would be so quick to send me back a link with all the details. I would tell her that it seemed as if she had a magic wand. Catalina is WONDERFUL. She was my eyes in Texas while we were still living out of state. She was soo patient with us and kind and truly took the time to hear what it is that we needed. She made the process of buying a home soo easy and was there every step of the way. Even after closing she has still helped with any questions or concerns. She was truly such a pleasure to work with and such a blessing to our family. We can not wait to work with her again in the future!
