We can’t thank Cathy enough. When my husband and I started looking for homes, the first one didn’t work out, through no fault of Cathy’s. She relentlessly searched for our dream home over the next few months. She was effective in communicating with us throughout the entire process, early mornings, late nights, and did everything to answer our questions and help us get into our first home. Best agent ever. My wife and I have just closed on our first home, with the tremendous help of Cathy. It may be our first home, but it is not our first time through this process. We finally found our home after 6+ months. It was a very pleasant experience working with Cathy, always kind and with a smile. I would send her a random video that I would see with a house for sale and she would be so quick to send me back a link with all the details. I would tell her that it seemed as if she had a magic wand.
