When they said “get a ride or take an uber”, especially on the weekend, there’s a good reason. I thought I’d just park in the Balboa Municipal lot on Saturday, like I did on Thursday, no big deal. Well, after circling for 90 minutes, we parked at the end of the island and hustled. We missed the boat by 3 minutes. We tried again later (after 5pm, people will be done at the beach, right?).
