The ability to get anything Catalina related regardless of age!
They are basically the only place to get Catalina parts but if you do order from them get ready to wait. I ordered an exhaust muffler for my Catalina 30 and I've waited two weeks for it and it was in stock at their facility. If I had only paid a few dollars for shipping I would understand but I paid $50 for shipping. I will try much harder in the future to find what I need on other sites that have much better shipping standards.
Very patient and good silencers....saved me huge amounts to improve my 34....get on the website before you call. It will save you time
Bought some thing that they advertised on their website which came with parts missing. When calling them they admitted that all of their boxes were missing this piece and they would replace the item . Before they would send it out they wanted me to pay for it again and then they would refund the other one to me. So now I have to pay for their mistake twice and keep checking my credit card bill to see if the refund is issued. All because of their mistake.
Very rude customer sales and service representative. Wouldn’t let me explain the part or talk through the product I was looking for. Would not recommend if you’re not sure of the item and looking for assistance in explaining the problem.
An outstanding inventory of parts for maintaining and/or upgrading Catalina sailboats! Their service is exceptional and their entire staff are very friendly and professional. The best customer support of any business I've ever dealt with! Their knowledge of Catalina sailboats is a great benefit for we sailors/owners and they're always willing to answer any questions asked. If you own a Catalina sailboat and you don't already know about "CD", I highly recommend you check them out!
