I moved into Catalina Country under some rough circumstances, and Kelly and Jean were the most accommodating and genuinely kind people to take me in when they did. Over the time I lived at the property, I never had any issues with my apartment or costs of anything, the unit was actually extremely affordable for a studio apartment and my cat came free, no deposit or pet rent! I highly recommend the graduate student community in Tucson to rent this place. It is affordable (hats off to those students on the stipend budget!). The studios are conveniently located (sitting on speedway, within walking distance to Sprouts market and a bunch of restaurants. Zayna is the best one). The studios are quiet (I couldn't hear any noise from my neighbors through the wall). Landlords are very responsive and fair (just give them a call and they will respond). I lived here for a year as a graduate student and it was great. Kelly and Jeanmarie were quite nice and responsive. Everything is clean and well-maintained, and the complex is very quiet. Pretty cheap rent, no hidden costs for things I wasn't expecting, and no pet rent for my first cat. Very easy to bike or take public transportation to UA.

I'm an older single woman who's lived here just over 5 months and am very pleased with my apt. and the complex. The apt. is in very clean, very good condition with appliances that work well. Floor plan allows for a variety of ways to arrange furniture. Has good amount of storage space including 2 shelves in hot water heater closet and lots of electrical outlets.
