I moved into Catalina Country under some rough circumstances, and Kelly and Jean were the most accommodating and genuinely kind people to take me in when they did. Over the time I lived at the property, I never had any issues with my apartment or costs of anything, the unit was actually extremely affordable for a studio apartment and my cat came free, no deposit or pet rent! I had been a graduate student in University of Arizona. My graduate friend recommended this studio apartment to me, and I moved here since 2016. Kelly and Jeanmarie are really nice, responsive, and responsible. The rent here is lower compared to other studio apartments. This place is safe and quiet. Neighborhood is also good. If you are looking for some place cheap, safe, and quiet, Catalina Country Studio is your choice :-)

I highly recommend the graduate student community in Tucson to rent this place. It is affordable (hats off to those students on the stipend budget!). The studios are conveniently located (sitting on speedway, within walking distance to Sprouts market and a bunch of restaurants. Zayna is the best one). The studios are quiet (I couldn't hear any noise from my neighbors through the wall). Landlords are very responsive and fair (just give them a call and they will respond). I lived here for a year as a graduate student and it was great. Kelly and Jeanmarie were quite nice and responsive. Everything is clean and well-maintained, and the complex is very quiet. Pretty cheap rent, no hidden costs for things I wasn't expecting, and no pet rent for my first cat. Very easy to bike or take public transportation to UA.

This place has it all - wonderful central location right off of Speedway, affordable rent, on site laundry facilities, nice pool, and amazing management who keeps the place clean and are a joy to work with. After living here for over two years, I've never had any major issues, and minor issues were resolved promptly. I highly recommend these apartments to students or first time renters.
