Terribly built homes. No pride in their workmanship, our house was built in 2022, hvac was not working properly to begin with. Toll brothers would only let the hvac company do minimal work on our system throughout our “1 year warrantee” to which it was never fixed. Now barely after 2 years of closing on our house the hvac is completely broken. Nothing will turn on. Toll brothers have washed their hands of us and have told us none of this is their issue even though it wasn’t fixed before the one year warranty was over.
Felt like a bait and switch, found a lot we liked and was told they were taking 5k off it for us. Then was pre-approved for a ranch (of course took a credit hit in the process) and the morning we were to sign our contract, Leslie called and told us the lot was unavailable all of a sudden. Was told we could be put on the list for next opening lots but they were to be more expensive!
