Robin Cochran-Wilmoth was very rude when I asked simple questions about leasing. Also, when she stated the type of leasing I requested she immediately said we don’t accept. I had other questions and when I continued to say okay thanks I wanted to check on that, before I proceeded to my next question she hung up the phone in my face. I wouldn’t even want to do business with this company let alone want to know what they accept and don’t.
Blanca is the absolute worst land lord I've had the displeasure of renting from. My washer/drying unit didn't work for 4 months while I was there and when it did get fixed it was a very quick fix - mind you units with washer/dryers cost extra and we were not compensated for money/time spent at the laundry mat. I had called her and sent texts, left notes in her office and it was rare that she returned a phone call. Not only that the property has not been maintained well since she has taken over.
