The tour was well organized and on time and the guide tour really kind and prepared. I would recommend the safari adventures of 2,5 hours
lots of fish and even with it raining visibility wasn't bad.... only my wife and I on the boat, so lots of personal attention. crew was great and very knowledgeable!
My friend and I booked the Nautilus tour, but received notification that the tour was cancelled an hour before departure because the boat was taken in for maintenance two days earlier. It would have been better if we were notified earlier, but the agent offered to book us on the Glass Bottom Boat tour. It was a similar tour offered around the same time but cheaper, so we were refunded the difference at least.
We’re in Catalina for my Wife’s Birthday. This morning we started looking up things to do during our stay, and called this company to book a tour that listed ‘daily’ only to find that it wasn’t offered today. Then my Wife booked a groupon for another tour and was told to call a number to schedule the event. The same person answered the phone and was rude to my wife...she said ‘advance notice required, didn’t you see that?’...my Wife was very friendly as always and wasn’t happy with the way she was treated.
Best and last job I had before I took SSDI..
My husband and I took my brother's family on the safari ride to see the bisons and had 5 sightings. We then took the kids on the nautilus submarine ride to see the fish and the kids had a blast. It was an awesome New Year weekend stay at the Catalina thanks to Catalina Adventure Tours.
Great tour wishe we would have spent more time at the airport No refund policy made me kinda hesitant
