Like everyone else, I was also sent to collections. My insurance agreed to pay the bill. Cataldo has claimed to send the bill to the insurance, but insurance never received anything. Dozens of calls over a year and Cataldo still does not want to bill my insurance. Would rather send me to collections. It's a big headache to deal with a $2000 bill that insurance agreed to cover but Cataldo refuses to bill the insurance. Now I'm in collections limbo.
I've been waiting for them to call me for six months. I call them, and they tell me they'll call me back, but they never do.
Terrible service due to awful leadership. DO NOT CALL HERE OR APPLY TO WORK HERE!
We should have walked. They sent a bill, we notified our insurance company, insurance said they were negotiating it and to ask Cataldo to put the bill on hold while they sorted it out. Cataldo agreed, then sent another bill so we repeated those steps. They said it was already on hold, promised to put it on hold again, then sent it to collections. So now we're dealing with a collections agency. I know nobody gets the chance to check reviews before getting in an ambulance but if you somehow see this ahead of time, don't do it.
