The worst of the absolute worst! These people are crooked and believe that since they are a private company they can violate HIPAA laws and insurance policies
$2460 to drive 15 minutes, sends you to collections while disputing the bill with BCBS insurance despite them being a provider, continues to send bills even after paying collections, horrible phone support that redirects you to their operations center then back to billing, sends you to a higher up who never answers, outsourced call center, threatening collections agency.
