My husband and I were referred to this person by our builder to assess some structural concerns on our 5 year old house. We were told he was a "great guy" and good to work with. That is NOT the case. When my husband reached him by phone he was met with incredible rudeness before the guy hung up on him. I don't care how good this guy is at what he does...if he cannot treat a fellow human being with more kindness, or simple courtesy, than that he certainly doesn't need my business.
