I have been raving to everyone and spreading the word about what a fantastic, kind, super smart, professional ( did I mention kind- emphasize!) person Shannon is. That facility is gorgeous, every one there is great, and my cats can't wait to go back! I also think they were better behaved there than they are at home. Very clean and spacious facility. My cat had the medium sized quarters and it was perfect! It faced the main entrance and I was glad for it offered some visual stimulation for my cat. Loved the convenient pickup service available! Staff was pleasant
