If I could leave 0 stars, I would! My experience with CAT 5 has been nothing but a nightmare. Brooklyn, the owner, lacks professionalism and will not value your time or money. We decided CAT 5 was not a good fit for our family and I was given a partial refund on a merchandise order that I had placed. I was told that my daughters custom backpack order was already placed and that it couldn’t be refunded. We've been cheering at Cat-5 for 2 years now and I could not be more pleased with our experience. The coaches, staff and fellow families have been amazing! Often you don't know how you will fit in with everyone in a competitive cheer environment, but their family approach made it seamless! Everyone has been welcoming and supportive! Additionally, through private lessons, training opportunities and cheer camp, they have really developed my daughter's skills and played into her strengths.
