Cat-Villa is a cats-only boarding facility. We're unique in So Cal because we accommodate only a very limited number of pampered cats at a time in our home environment, with 24/7 staffing, and our secure Garden Pavilion where cats can enjoy playtime in the 'outdoors' all day long at no extra cost. Lance is great. Him and his team take great care of the cats.
My cats stayed for almost 3 weeks over the holidays but I didn't receive many updates at all--sometimes waiting more than 24 hours for a response after asking how they were doing. My cats were healthy and fully vaccinated per the requirements but as soon as I arrived to pick them up, I noticed that one of them was breathing very heavily and sneezing constantly with visible eye discharge. My partner and I took our cat here to stay while we were out of town for about a month and our cat absolutely loves it here. The price was extremely reasonable compared to other places and we couldn’t be more satisfied with it. Definitely coming back!
I think both of my cats did relatively okay at the Cat Villa. I would have liked to have gotten more check-ins to know how the cats were doing, but they overall seemed to have a decent stay.
