My cat Olive was transformed by the loving care of Mr. Lance in his gorgeous jungle-esque hideaway. He was so incredibly easy to work with and was very understanding when I had so many disruptions with my long term plans. He came through for Ollie and our family multiple times while we were waiting for her international pet screening. He sent me photos and updates so I didnt miss my baby. Local neighbors cat was killed here by starvation and dehyration. Have pictures to prove it. Disgusting!!
Lance is great. Him and his team take great care of the cats.
My cats stayed for almost 3 weeks over the holidays but I didn't receive many updates at all--sometimes waiting more than 24 hours for a response after asking how they were doing. My cats were healthy and fully vaccinated per the requirements but as soon as I arrived to pick them up, I noticed that one of them was breathing very heavily and sneezing constantly with visible eye discharge.
