Awesome experience
We got a call from Holt asking if we were able to use the equipment we rented because it was raining. They said they would credit us a rain day. I fell of the chair. No one i say no one ever treated us like that in my life. i am 80. everything they have done during my contact has been of this quality.. The cost has been the best also, Cost is only secondary. How you are treated is primary. thank you.

I called and asked for a a Jack-hammer and I was given a Jack-hammer... Tyler was even nice enough to give me an extended time to return the equipment the next day. When I got home I realized I had asked for the wrong tool because there wasn't an attachment that would be flat enough to help me remove wood flooring...
