I have used Cat pumps for years in my carpet cleaning business. Last year I put a new Cat pump from Kleen Rite on one of our truck mounts. It was damaged from the box. It wouldn't seat up properly to our truck mount it had a warp. It leaked and then broke. These are supposed to have a 5 year warranty. I called the supplier. They sent me a new one and I returned the bad one. Cat "repaired" it and wanted me to pay around $400 for the repair. And blamed us for running it dry. If it ran dry, it's because it leaked so bad.
