Told me my cat might have a serious gall bladder issue or possible infection, and needs an ultrasound. Then they tell me it's a 2 week wait before they could get around to that, and ignore possible urgent need for antibiotics. Also the manager Caitlin flat out lied to me about the effectiveness of buprenorphine tablet, claiming it would still provide effective pain relief if the pill was swallowed. They don't really give a crap about your cat.
We were looking for a new 2nd cat as our cat lost his buddy a few months ago. Found Ollie on the website he was 11 and had had some health issues. But bright as a button, this is day 1! The place is the space station of cat rescues. Awesome design, great people and very comparable pricing on stuff in their shop. The staff are exemplary and the care shines through. If I ever get lost or kicked out of home please take me there !
Great care taken with my 2 cats. My cats like their visit and it's not stressful for me. Very happy with all the staff and you can even get a coffee in the shop.
Excellent service, friendly and very helpful, couldn't ask for more. Happy to answer all your silly questions. True blue. 😀😍🤩😁😁😁😁😁😁
