When our sweet 17 year old cat became ill, we called Cat Hospital of Vero Beach as a less stressful place for her. We could not have found a more calming environment with more caring people. From our first visit, Dr. Gambella calmed our baby with her soothing voice and touch, while giving us thorough information and answering our questions with patience and honesty. Outstanding!!!!! Personally the staff is amazing. I loved the decor and the freedom the cats had. I loved that our exam room had birds... I wish they had this type of place for dogs too. The Dr was amazing. The entire staff was amazing. Id give 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend. This will definitely be our forever vet for our cat.
I’m deeply disappointed by the treatment I received from the Cat Hospital of Vero Beach. I just moved to town and called with a sincere inquiry about finding a vet experienced with special-breed cats and was met with condescension and outright attitude. The staff member laughed at my question, responded defensively, and spoke to me as if I were ignorant for even asking.
