Horrible service. The vet is a quack and the secretary is very rude. Go to Pals in Winthrop.
This "hospital" is anything but what they say they are. I was at the mercy of them after I adopted my kitten. I called them on February 13th 2023. They told me they happened to have "some time" in the afternoon because they got through all of their morning appointments. You have to call them from outside, they bring the paperwork outside, take your pet and you do not get to go in.
